Anyways , when i was doing the pumping position today , i feel very very dizzy and was having a headache , almost fainted sia , when was on pumping position , i felt like my head very empty then vision suddenly blur then my knees fell to the ground , i closed my eyes and tried to concentrate and WaiWen and Shamaine tried to help me , thanks :) Dont feel like talking bout' it liao , later i cry again !
